Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced. It can be dated back to the early 1900s deriving from Japanese culture; now it is used all over the world including in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.
Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being. It can:

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and Spiritual Restructuring (SPR)
This is a thorough and profound method of clearing the energy template of our bodies. By doing so, energetic “programs” or beliefs, perceptions and judgements that exist in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blueprints negatively affecting our health and wellbeing are removed.
Many issues, from physical aches and pains, to anxiety, illness, relationship dynamics and feelings of being stuck, can have their root cause in an energetic form and can imprint themselves within our energy field. Since we experience our reality through the filter of our thoughts and beliefs, these programs which run in the background of our day to day life have an intrinsic effect upon the way we react to things and people, make decisions and choose to take action.
Since energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed, in addition to beliefs and conditioning you have accumulated subconsciously throughout your life, SRT also encompasses energies that have carried through to your current circumstances from past lives, often revealing uncanny parallels with current life experiences.

Spiritual Restructuring Therapy
Works coincide SRT; but is used more to work on the physical body.
This therapy focuses on healing the physical body. It clears old patterns/memories from the cellular memory of the physical body for example: emotional stresses, old injuries, past-life memories and Illness patterns that are causing physical stress, pain and discomfort. The body can then realign itself to harmony and health
SPR can help to:
- Identify and releases discordant energies that have created problems and contributed to mental, emotional and physical trauma in the body.
- Assist in correcting any muscle imbalances you may have, allowing the bones and tissues to return to their proper position.
- Release any blocks and negative energies held in the organs/glands allowing the healing energy to flow through it enhancing the body’s natural functions.
- Balance the Chakras, Auric field and other systems of the body.
SPR recognises the body’s own innate intelligence and ability to self-correct and heal itself so everyone can benefit!
