Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat- Relax, Unplug and Unwind In Nature

Welcome to BearPaw Ranch’s first ever Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat page that will take place June 20th to June 22nd 2025. The goal of this retreat is to have you unplug, unwind, and relax in nature. We want you leaving feeling relaxed, lighter and fulfilled. All meals and camping spot are included as well as what’s listed below.

Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat Weekend Itinerary

Friday June 20th 2025

• Arrival time after 4pm : You’ll have 3 hours to get settled into you campsite, cabin or lodge room then come to our Hollistic Market to pick out your very own pendulum for your class.
• 7pm Pendulum and Chakra Class : Here you’ll learn from Reiki Master Laurie all about the energy centres in your body and how to channel that energy into using the pendulum you chose earlier.
• Create Your Own Selenite Wand : After the pendulum class you can enjoy learning how to wire wrap and create your very own Selenite Chakra wand
• Refreshments and Snacks: Will be provided at this time. We hope to use this time for you to mingle and get to know the amazing people you will be spending the weekend with

Saturday June 21st 2025

• 7:30am to 8:45am Breakfast: A Refreshing energizing breakfast will be provided for you in our Lodge buffet and dining area
• 9am Nature Walk & Releasing Meditation: we will begin a short nature walk where we will partake in a beautiful releasing meditation hand written by our Astrologist/Moonologist Amanda.
• Open Time: Participants will have the opportunity to receive either the spa treatment that is included with this ticket or an extra spa treatment that you can. Others may utilize the Sauna and cold plunge pools, shop in the Crystal Store, visit some farm animals or have some reflective time.
• 12pm to 1:30pm Lunch: After fueling your bodies at the lodge buffet get ready for a beautiful yoga class
• Yoga Class: Julie will guide you and your body through restorative Yoga movements
• Open Time: Spa treatments, Sauna use, or reflective time
• 6pm to 7:30pm Dinner: followed by a relaxing soul cleansing Sound Bath provided by Melissa.
• 7:40PM Sound Bath: You will be guided by Melissa through a journey of sound and vibration, immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and many other instruments, as the vibrations was over you taking you into a deep state of relaxation to renew and revive your energy. No experience is necessary – simply bring a pillow, yoga mat, water, journal and blanket. Then lie down and listen, and let the vibrations do the rest. You will leave this session feeling refreshed and renewed.

Sunday June 22nd 2025

• 7:30am to 8:45am Breakfast: Once again breakfast a refreshing energizing breakfast will be provided for you in our Lodge buffet and dining area
• 9am Nature Walk & Manifesting Meditation: We will begin connecting with nature where you will have to opportunity to participate in a Manifesting Mediation provided by Amanda.
• Open Time: Following the mediation you will once again have time to shop, utilize sauna, cold plunge pools, spa treatments, or reflective time.
• 12pm to 1pm Lunch: Will be served in the lodge buffet area. This will conclude the private retreat however we do have a gift for you starting at 1pm!
• 1pm to 4pm BearSpaw Hollistic Market Day: You will have the opportunity to participate in the BearSpaw Holistic Market. Holistic practitioners from all over Alberta will be arriving to offer you and the public a snippet of their craft. All will have a special that you can receive a 20 min card reading, psychic reading, mediumship reading, pendulum reading, intuitive painting etc. for $20.
• 2 twenty minute readings from the practitioner of your choice are included in the purchase of your retreat ticket

All Inclusive Ticket Price is $650 per Person

• Cut off for ticket purchase: is June 10th 2025
• Retreat Tickets include: everything mentioned in itinerary above, including food and a camping space
• Early Bird Ticket Purchasers Prior May 1st: If your ticket is purchased before May 1st with deposit of 50 percent- you will receive a free Halotherapy session (Himalayan salt room treatment) as an additional gift to use during your open time at the retreat.

Optional Accommodation Upgrades:

If you’d prefer not to camp under the stars with zero light pollution we do have shared cabins and private cabins available.

• Shared cabin is an additional $100 per ticket holder
• Private cabin is an additional $200 per ticket holder
