Unplug, Unwind and Relax in Nature
For a great outdoor experience, pitch your tent, park the RV, stay in a cabin or a room in the lodge. The surroundings are rugged and natural, and you won’t be able to get enough of the clean air, so plan to stay for a while. Fill the long summer days (daylight in July until 11 pm is not abnormal) with fishing, hiking, swimming and canoeing.
The facilities available at our Guest Ranch range from comfortably rustic cabins, Lodge with attached rooms, space for RV and tenting. Perfect for Family gatherings or just a getaway for two. In any case, know that whatever spot you choose you will only be a stone’s throw from the Cowboy Trail, horse trails, Pembina River and rich pine-scented forests that characterize the area. Opening season in Alberta is May Long Weekend (typically the 3rd weekend of May) depending on weather. Cabins and Lodge will be available into fall and winter seasons. Bearpaw Ranch is family focused. As a family run business we know how stressful planning a reunion can be. Let us do the heavy lifting, so that YOU can focus on what is important: spending time with family.
Receptions
Our quaint secluded location may be perfect for your large event whether it be a wedding, birthday or family reunion. Our cabins can sleep up to 26 people and you have room for camping. We have a large event tent if you wish to hold a reception and enough space to seat up too 100 people outdoors for dinner.
Recreation
Bearpaw Ranch has a full range of outdoor fun! We offer walking and riding trails, amazing scenery, and pony rides. We are only 2KM from Pembina River access and Drayton Valley Horse Trails
